They were queueing up and then they needed to restock twice from Sainsbury's! Our bun stalls to raise money for Help the Heroes had a tremendous response.
Held at HRI, CRH and Broad Street Plaza, together they raised £351, with the doughnuts being a huge hit. Help the Heroes wrote to our Recruitment Team Leader, Alex Jowett to thank them for organising (see below).
Alex, said: "We couldn't believe there was a queue at HRI when we started the sale, and then to run out twice was amazing! People were so generous with one person giving us £10 for a piece of cake. A huge amount of effort went into the sale and we want to thank a very long list of people for their support:
