A decision has been made by a judge at the High Court in Leeds in response to an application for legal costs from the campaign group Hands Off HRI.

The application for costs was in relation to the Judicial Review into the healthcare reconfiguration proposals.

The application was heard in February and the judge has now published his ruling.  

He made no order for costs.
