The team at CRH were proud to open their brand new Library and Knowledge service last week, after much work by Library Manager Helen Curtis to help secure the grant and project manage the refurbishment.

Library Asstant, Linda Black, said: "If it hadn't have been for Helen we wouldn't have this bright and modern space. It's really great to have new equipment and a relaxed atmosphere which are ideal for learning. It's all down to Helen's efforts on writing a business case to Health Education England and project managing the work".

The library has a new hub and colleagues who are working together on a project have already used it. A new seating area, bookcases, desks and a woodland scene across the whole of the back wall finish the refurbishment to NHS standards.

Dominic Gilroy, Library and Knowledge Service Development Manager, Health and Medicine came along in support on the day. His team were involved in making sure our library standards were met.

Our CEO Owen Williams officially opened the newly refurbished Library and Knowledge Service. Huge thanks also to Val Rigg in Service Performance for support the refurbishment.
