Over the next couple of weeks we'll be completing the switchover to Webmail 365. 

Community Division will switch this weekend, with everyone else switching the following weekend.  Webmail 365 looks different to your existing email format and there's some different ways of operating it such as re-setting up your signatures etc.

To support colleagues with the change we're adding help guides and information to the intranet, a help icon on your desktop, and drop-in sessions for colleagues who want to come along and find out more.

Community colleagues will start to be migrated from 6pm onwards on Friday, and should be up and running on Monday, March 18. We're advising colleagues not to access their mails over the weekend.

Everyone else across the Trust who still needs to be migrated will be switched over next weekend starting from 6pm on Friday 22nd March, with access to mails from Monday 25th March.

We're completing the this work as part of our new Microsoft Enterprise Licence Agreement, which means we have to upgrade our current email platform to Webmail 365.

As well as Webmail 365 there will be access to other office software - and we'll share more about that once everyone is up and running with their email.
