Pearl Linguistics has been appointed as the Trust's only interpretation and translation supplier.

 

From Wednesday July 1st they took over responsibility for all of our usual language services including;

Face-to-face interpreting, telephone interpreting, written translations and Braille.

 

It's worth noting that the provision of British Sign Language will remain with the previous provider, Big Word, on an interim basis.

 

Pearl Linguistics delivers translation and interpreting services in over 270 languages and will aim to respond to all your requests on the same day, sending you interpreters at short notice.

4) Telephone Interpreting Poster and Information

An instant service that enables you to have access to interpreters within seconds while preserving patient confidentiality and keeping your costs down. You will need your language access code every time you call.

If you want to register for the new interpreting services online, simply email your full name, telephone number and email address to chft@pearllinguistics.com. A unique username and password will be sent out via email along with a welcome pack for the new system.
