In an effort to make our Friends and Family Test (FFT) more inclusive, we've created a translated version of the FFT card for the four most common languages used by our interpreting service.
At the moment the translated versions are for inpatients only.
We've followed the same approach as our patient information leaflets, and our most frequently used languages are Polish, Arabic, Urdu, Punjabi.
We have used the resources and guidances as promoted by NHS England https://www.england.nhs.uk/fft/fft-inclusive/
To find the cards:
- Open the policies and documents library
- Click the green Other Systems button and select Clinical Records Repository
- Select the Trustwide documents category
