The Trust recently received the results of the 2015 GMC  survey of doctors in training. This is an annual national survey which asks the trainees about the views on the training they receive whilst with us.  We had a 100% response rate for the third year in a row.

Director of Medical Education, Dr Andy Lockey said: "I am delighted to report that once again we have seen an improvement in our performance compared with last year. The overall satisfaction rate for the Trust has gone up from 79.03 to 81.19 and we are now 5th out of 14 Trusts in the Yorkshire and Humber region in terms of overall satisfaction. We are one of only two trusts in the region to show sustained improvement over 4 years"

We are now in the process of analysing the results  in  more detail for each specialty but overall we are really pleased with the results and it is a credit to all staff that our trainees are enjoying and developing whilst with us
