The Trust is launching a financial training programme designed as a clear and simple introduction to finance within the NHS. The training seeks to demystify financial language and help you understand how it works. The training is free to access for Trust staff and initially will form part of the Trust’s training package for all approvers of expenditure incurred by the Trust. The Finance Our Future training programme will then be rolled out across the Trust.

The programme comprises:

Finance Our Future - Beginners (online training tool)

Finance Our Future - Advanced

The online training package is complimented by the Finance Our Future advanced workshop. This will provide further financial training for management and clinical staff in order to assist you in meeting the financial challenges of your role.
