Our neurophysiotherapists Justine Laird-Boldy and Joanne Green are set to be TV stars on the hit show DIY SOS.
They are caring for patient Richard Ford, from Holmfirth, who is recovering after a stroke and his home has been transformed by the local community.
The hit show – hosted by Nick Knowles – features an
army of supporters and trades people who come together to help with a house in need of transformation to make life easier for the family who lives there.
Justine and Joanne were filmed during one of their twice weekly treatment sessions with Mr Ford.
Justine said: “The BBC team were lovely and the end result is amazing. Nick Knowles came up and was just lovely. He got quite choked during the finale.”
