The Access to Work Mental Health Support Service, delivered by Remploy, and funded by the Department of Work and Pensions, provides confidential one-to-one workplace mental health support for Trust colleagues. There is some criteria, though you could get up to nine months advice and support including:

• A wellbeing plan to help you stay in, or return to work
• Workplace adjustments
• Coping strategies.
