Julian Lawrence is one of our trainee nurse associates here at CHFT.  We're regularly recruiting to this role.  He started out with us four years ago and is now forging ahead creating his career in nursing. Here's more from him.

How long have you worked in the NHS? My career started in the NHS as a healthcare assistant apprentice in 2013.

What inspired you to join the NHS? I joined the NHS after being inspired by the care given to my mother following a brain tumour.  I saw how staff went above and beyond to meet her needs  and care.

Have you a wish for the NHS? I would like to thank everybody in the Trust for doing their part to make us what we are. Happy 70th.
