Our new Mindfulness for Busy People sessions are an addition to our programme of mindfulness sessions and courses. At just 90 minutes long you'll get some easy to use techniques to help you, and it would be a good taster session too.

Colleagues had told the mindfulness team they couldn’t attend courses requiring commitment to multiple weeks and were looking for something that was short, simple and easy to use in everyday life. Prasadu created Mindfulness for Busy People sessions and it was tested it earlier this year. Colleagues liked it and as a result it has now become part of our programme.

CHFT’s mindfulness programme is constantly evolving. It currently consists of the 6 week Mindfulness for well-being course; a 3 week version of Mindfulness for well-being; mindfulness drop-in sessions; bespoke courses for teams and events; staff retreat sessions; mindfulness taster sessions, and Mindfulness for Busy People.
