We're celebrating again after being named as runners -up in the "Nursing Employer of the Year" at the NT Workforce Awards.
The judges recognised our efforts which include:
- close working relationship with the university
- preceptorship & support programmes offered to all new recruits
- Development in the role of "clinical academic nurse"
- Commitments to on-going training and development of the nursing workforce
Head Nurse for Professional & Workforce Development Michelle, said: “It was great to be at the finals in such an important category as Nursing Employer of the Year. It means so much to everyone here working together to make CHFT a great place to work. We know happy staff make quality patient care.The event also gave us ideas about moving ahead.”
