Hot off the press...the eRostering Team won an Allocate award last night for being the best Trust at creating effective e-rosters so we can provide the best, safe and effective care for our patients at CHFT.

Almost 90% of colleagues are now signed up to the Me app which is one of the best take-up rates and the team was also Highly Commended for achieving such high numbers.

If you've still got questions about getting access or using the app the team are holding some drop-in sessions starting next week.

Pop along to the Flexible Workforce Office (Sub Basement, HRI) if you need any help or have questions about accessing or using the Allocate Me App. Find out what to do if your account is suspended, or you are new to CHFT and need to set up your Employee Online Account.

Drop-in dates and times:

  • Friday 26th October 10am – 12pm
  • Monday 29th October 10am – 12pm
  • Tuesday 30th October 10am – 12pm
  • Monday 5th November 1pm – 3pm
  • Friday 9th November 1pm – 3pm

At last night's awards CHFT were represented in three categories with the results as follows:

  • Winners: Board Assurance. The award was for use of the Allocate system and the way we manage our resources. In a nutshell it's about the way we've built our rosters, daily reporting, keeping the divisions up-to-speed as well as giving our Board the assurance we're providing safe and effective care for our patients
  • Highly Commended 2nd place: Leadership and Engagement of the Me App
  • Shortlisted: Operational Roster Excellence

**We're also pleased to share a photo below of staff nurse Jessy John from ward 6a at CRH.  Jessy booked and worked a bank shift in August  when we launched Me app and was our winner of £150 in high street vouchers.

***So with Christmas fast approaching there is no better time to be picking up bank shifts!

If you can't make the drop-ins then we've attached a list of common questions (see below). You can also see more on the intranet.
