A new programme of director-led colleague information sharing sessions is being launched from July, which aim to keep you up-to-date and involved in the key issues facing our Trust. Its also an opportunity for you to ask questions or share your views with members of the director team.

Our new approach is not intended to replace existing communications, such as Line Manager Bulletin, CHFT Weekly and divisional team meetings – but to build on these well-established channels and provide a more structured, face-to-face approach.

Julie Dawes, Executive Director of Nursing and Deputy Chief Executive, said: “Keeping colleagues informed and involved in key issues facing our Trust is realy important, particularly when we know that we are in a period of significant change. We look forward to meeting many of you and having the opportunity to share information and hear your ideas or concerns.”

All staff are welcome to come along. Dates and times of the sessions are as follows:

1 July – 8-9 am – Lecture Theatre on both HRI and CRH sites

5 August – 8-9 am – Lecture Theatre, HRI and Dining Room, CRH

2 September – 8-9 am – Lecture Theatre on both HRI and CRH sites

More dates will be publicised in the next few weeks. Presentations and any key points will be shared on the Intranet following each briefing and will be cascaded through divisions and teams. We will be seeking your feedback on this new approach.
