Almost 78% of colleagues on the bank have downloaded the new Me app in just one month, using it to review shift patterns, and book leave or unfilled bank shifts. This week ward 15 at HRI were given their departmental prize of an iPad, in what turned out to be an amazing response from colleagues right across CHFT downloading the app.

Head of e-rostering Rose Hagreen told CHFT "I'm blown away by the fantastic response to the Me app - it's really making a difference to so many colleagues. Some were so impressed they were happy to be filmed** by Allocate extolling the virtues, plus how proud they are to work at CHFT".

In the end we had to put all the entries for iPad into a hat - there were so many.

Deputy Chief Nurse Lindsay Rudge said “‘To have this many colleagues signed-up in just one month is just amazing!

"We’re committed to supporting our workforce to manage their working lives and this is just one way of doing that.

"To see colleagues get behind the camera to share how it has given them more flexibility and control in booking into shifts in real time, shows the Me app is already a success”.
