Estates' Sophie Holroyd has already been getting in some early practice with her chocolate Rolo gateaux. It went down a storm at this week's estate's team meeting - and we're sure there'll be other cracking efforts out there. Tuesday at noon is crunch (especially if you bake a biscuit) time!

There's home bakers from Leeds, Rotherham and Sheffield in this year's Ch4 TV show which starts on Tuesday night, but our eyes are only on the best at CHFT. 

Depending on the turnout we'll be having more Bake Offs over the coming weeks.
