Estates' Sophie Holroyd has already been getting in some early practice with her chocolate Rolo gateaux. It went down a storm at this week's estate's team meeting - and we're sure there'll be other cracking efforts out there. Tuesday at noon is crunch (especially if you bake a biscuit) time!
