Much loved Moira Elliott celebrates a big double this year. It was her 65th birthday last week and on October 11 she'll be celebrating her 25th year in the NHS.
Her colleagues in catering presented her with gifts and catering boss Adrian Brown, said: "It's just not the same when she's not here. When she's on leave the team doesn't function the same."
Moira joined as part of the Work Link scheme and started at St Luke's Hospital. Work Link encourages people to gain work experiences. Later she became part of the Bridgewood Trust who supports people into the work place.
Adrian said: "She is the most conscientious and reliable staff member I have ever known and always asks about how your family and always remembers your birthday."
He said she is one of of the most popular members of the team and a regular at social events enjoying the odd G&T!
Moira said: " It's a special year for me and I love the friendliness in this team."
