We're counting down to the start of our Wholly-Owned Subsidiary on September 1. It's called Calderdale and Huddersfield Solutions, or CHS on a day to day basis. 

It will provide estates, maintenance, materials management and procurement  support to the Trust and the good news is it will be very much business as usual for everyone else trust-wide.

You'll still log a job via the intranet.

The WOS - due to receive it's very own company name shortly - is a new venture which many Trusts are adopting as it potentially will generate more income for the Trust and provide long-term security jobs and pensions-wise. All colleagues transferring into it will have their working conditions and pay protected for 15 years.

It's new Managing Director Lesley Hill - formerly Director of Estates at CHFT - said: " This is a new era but very much business as usual.  We look forward to a long and successful partnership with HRI."
