One of our must do’s is making sure that information’s available to our patients and our colleagues is up to date and remains confidential where appropriate.

Some of the things you can do to make a start is to review your notice boards, both staff and patient facing, and making sure the information on there if current and doesn’t have Your Care Our Concern logo on. If you still require the information on display then contact the communications team and we can help sort out a replacement with the new branding.

You will also need to make sure that your plan for every patient board has the patients names covered when not being reviewed.
