We know there's talent in depth across CHFT, and Celebrating Success 2018 is here every year to recognise it.

And this year we're proud to have an extra category - for a Rising Superstar - to reflect a new area of up-and-coming talent.

We've introduced the Rising Superstar award to reflect someone who is quite new to the Trust or at the start of their career or the start of a new role -  and is really making a mark in their area.

It may easily be an apprentice as we have so many in so many areas. Or perhaps a trainee doctor, or a newly qualified nurse or therapist.

You might have thought.. they'll go far!

If you have, then don't just think it, enter them and get them some recognition they deserve and make their year.
