Apprenticeships is the theme for the first of our quarterly Workforce Committee sessions.
Throughout the year we’ll be looking at other topics such as learning and development, health and wellbeing and more.
The sessions represent a new approach to tackling issues. Our Director of Workforce and Organisational Development, Suzanne Dunkley, said “We’re planning on making the events fun, full of energy and fast paced.
“There won’t be lots of briefings or talking at colleagues. We need their ideas, so we have lots of different ways to get the creative juices flowing. I really want colleagues to go away feeling they’ve contributed to something important at CHFT – and reassured they’ll see change happen as a result of their input”.
The first session is on Tuesday 5th June between 2pm and 4.30pm in the HRI learning centre. If you have ideas or thoughts about our whole approach to apprenticeships*, and are interested in contributing please email tracy.rushworth@cht.nhs.uk with your name, job role and the best way to contact you.
There are just five spaces up for grabs, so get in touch and you could be joining us to help create future plans for our apprenticeship programme.
