Celebrating Success is back and bigger and better than ever before for 2018.

Alongside our traditional categories we're pleased to announce there will be two new ones to recognise all that is new at CHFT.

So, starting this year, we've:

• Digital Innovation Award
• Rising Superstar Award

The Digital Award is looking for a person or team who have  been inspirational as we have progressed into the new era of care supported by technology. We've had Nervecentre, Bluespier in theatres and a whole host of other transformations -  as well as EPR -  so the time has come to recognise this.

Our Rising Superstar will be someone who has created a real impact. They may be new to the Trust or new to their team and are worthy of a shout-out for their contributions.

There's also our traditional Four Pillars awards and our "people" awards for Clinical Service Superstar, Support Service Superstar and GEM (Going the Extra Mile).

The big night will be on Wednesday December 5 and this year we’re back at Huddersfield Town Hall.

So now's the time to start applying – let’s make this year a massive success. Deadline Thursday - July 19 2018.
