Nationwide figures show that one in six employees will experience depression, anxiety or issues relating to stress. Understanding what causes stress and doing something positive to manage it, is a key part of looking after our mental and physical wellbeing. So Mental Health Awareness Week could be the right time for you to consider if it's something affecting you and think about the support you might need.

Our CHFT health and wellbeing booklet has information aimed at supporting colleagues here at our Trust, and much of the info may help their families too. The Occupational Health team are passionate about supporting people to stay well and keep happy. So the booklet has lots of hints and tips on topics such as managing stress, as well as how to access in-house counselling and lots more.
