An exciting opportunity has arisen for a person to join our team to deliver a fixed term project (to March 19) to improve lung cancer outcomes in Bradford. You’ll be working with local communities as part of this health and care partnership, bringing together public health, health and social care and third sector groups.
The project is part of a wider programme of work (there is also work planned in Wakefield and a small team is in post) and you will work with partners across West Yorkshire and Harrogate Cancer Alliance. This is an opportunity for someone with drive and enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference and improve health outcomes in Bradford. The job description and specification is attached. A base will be available in Bradford in CCG premises and a desk available in White Rose House Wakefield, the Alliance team base. IT equipment and support for agile working is available.
