Desktop folders with links to clinical and non-clinical systems such as Pasweb, Health Roster and HOOP have been on all desktops since January (see attached).

From next Tuesday (17th April), the links to these systems will be removed from the old intranet homepage. Colleagues do not need to close down or minimise numerous windows to quickly get to their desktop, as the image shows.

We were advised to remove the links as colleagues do not have to open the intranet to access these systems.

Access to the Clinical Records repository and Patient Information Leaflets is through the new Policies & Documents Library. See the green Other Systems button and select your option. You can also save these links as favourites if you access them regularly.

Classifieds section coming soon

We’re building a new classified section for the intranet. It will be available by the end of April.
