Last year 96% of colleagues had an appraisal. Estates and Facilities topped the table at 99.73%, followed closely by Health Informatics at 99.5%. As our new Appraisal Season has started, it's time to start thinking about booking in time for this year, as all appraisals must be held by the end of June.
