It's getting nearer to the Big Day. July 5 is the NHS's 70th birthday and every week a different colleagues has been a screensaver star to celebrate.

This time it's Azizen but it could be you. See how below.

Azizen, How long have you worked here and more about your career path 

I have worked for CHFT since 2001 but will have been in the NHS for 25 years in August so I can celebrate my 25th at the same time the NHS celebrates its 70th

What makes the NHS special to you?

Because it is all about putting people first whether that be as a patient or employee – the NHS is just so unique and you will not find anywhere else like it.  We should all be proud of being part of the NHS.

What present would you give the NHS for its 70th birthday?

A great big pat on the back for reaching 70 years and my wish would be for another 70 years and more!
