Our surgery's associate director of nursing Jo Middleton's nephew Louis - a volunteer on the Prevention Of Delirium programme - came in from a luxury snow day to support patients with dementia on MAU.  

And a big shout out to Local Care Direct colleague Jaimie Parrott who on Wednesday was making a very important delivery to HRI (pictured).

She battled the blizzard to haul two oil-filled radiators  from her car boot and into the LCD department next to orthopaedics to warm the place up for the GPs and patients ahead of the night shift.

Big thanks to them both.
