Here's Jonathon Parker  - our latest colleague to be celebrating 70 years of the NHS.

On July 5 it's the special day and throughout the year CHFT is marking the platinum birthday with some special screensavers for now and much, much more as the time draws closer.

This week it's the turn of Jonathon who loves his job and his colleagues in the domestics team at HRI. 

How long have you worked in the NHS? 10 years

What does ithe NHS mean to you/why is it special: It's there when people need it. Everybody goes out of their way to help everybody and goes the extra mile. Friendly staff who are fantastic people to work with.

If you could give the NHS a birthday present, what would it be: Extra staff and beds  in all critical areas.
