Here’s  the team on Ward 15 at HRI today – they represent all of you out there who deserve a HUGE thank you.

All our teams have worked so hard together that we have regularly been in the top 10% of Trusts in the North for A&E performance throughout January. This is despite all the winter pressures ( and they are unprecedented) and importantly while navigating our still relatively new EPR.

It’s a tremendous achievement  - especially after everything we  are going through –  but it’s a Trust-wide celebration as  A&E performance can only be achieved when everywhere in the Trust is working together and at its best.  That means everyone supporting patients through their journey with us - from admissions to discharges.

So, we are saying it again – but it needs to be said at this time…
