Colleagues who have not yet had their mandatory level 2 face-to-face training for manual handling can complete level 1 by e-learning as an interim measure.

We appreciate that current pressures mean attending face-to-face training is difficult, though we do need assurance that colleagues have a basic level of understanding of the subject. 

So, we are asking ALL colleagues to complete Level 1 Moving and Handling as soon as possible, unless they’ve already completed level 2 (if this is you - you’ll be marked as compliant).

The learning will be on your ESR compliance matrix as a requirement - please complete this important learning at your earliest convenience.
