Our Community Division staged it's own thank you celebration for their staff last month.

The event  - the first one - was aimed to bring everyone together and share all the good work that happened throughout the year. It was an opportunity for lots of laughter and thank-yous.

Director of Operations Karen Barnett hosted the event at Beechwood Health Centre - and was joined by non-executive directors and governors.

Karen said "It was a great success. I had the pleasure of presenting certificates to colleagues in recognition of long service and also Star Award nominations. It was just a great time to sit back and reflect on all the hard work our divisional colleagues have put in over the past year".

There were special presentations for colleagues nominated by their team leaders for an achievement award.  Our two Celebrating Success winners,  the falls and the elective orthopaedic teams received a special acknowledgment for their fantastic achievements as did all Celebrating Success shortlisted and nominated colleagues.
