He's Josiah John Lush, 9lbs 2oz, arrived two weeks past his due date... and just in time for Christmas.

And he's the new baby son of Ruth Lush and hubbie, Dan, and a brother for their daughter Phoebe.

Ruth, works in Acre House as a Project Manager for THIS, just along the corridor from CHFT Weekly HQ.

She said on Twitter immediately post birth on the Labour ward at CRH: " I simply can't go to sleep tonight without thanking all the midwives."

Little Josiah was born very quickly after being induced as he was so overdue on Tuesday afternoon.

Ruth,  who was discharged late yesterday, said:  "The midwives were amazing. It is a pleasure to work with such lovely people. It all went fine and was pretty fast and furious once it started."
