More than 96% of colleagues had their appraisals during the season to the end of October - which is absolutely cracking stuff!

In preparation for the April appraisal season, hour-long workshops are on offer to colleagues responsible for carrying them out. Maybe you're new to holding appraisals, maybe you need a refresher.  Either way, please see the attached poster for details of the workshops which start in January.
