Aimed at our current Speciality and Associate Specialists (SAS) doctors interested in developing their career, or as a networking and Continual Professional Development opportunity, here's a chance to  develop your career and skills.

There will be a guest speaker, Dr Dan Boden, who is the Clinical Director of ED at Derby Teaching Hospitals and National Lead for Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration. (CESR)

There will also be contributions from;

  • Dr Shital Nagtode who has recently been appointed here at CHFT as a Consultant Radiologist through the CESR route.
  • Dr Heshan Panditaratne, who supported Dr Nagtode through the process
  • Dr Talal Ezzo, our SAS Lead who achieved Specialist Registration through this route and is now a consultant cardiologist
  • Dr Eman Sami, from Airedale who achieved specialist registration in stroke medicine and is now working as a consultant stroke physician

The session takes place on Monday 27 November at the Learning and Development Centre at CRH. Refreshments are available from 5pm with the session starting at 5.30pm.
