With a month to go, more than a quarter of colleagues have now completed the staff survey - with a huge 14% increase this week alone! This year every single CHFT colleague will get a survey, so that means three out of four colleagues still haven't had their say.

The results will help us understand what we do well here and where we need to make changes - so if you don't tell us we'll not be able to understand. If you receive a reminder, either by post (generally ward areas and estates) or email, please take a few minutes to complete it. 

The survey is completely anonymous. It's managed by a national survey company called Picker. They process all the responses and no personal information is shared with the Trust.
