Two more events for Macmillan Coffee morning.

1 Estates flocked to Helen Boothroyd's display of deliciousness and she  raised £132. She said: " Everyone got behind it and made it a great success."

2 And at Brackenbed View Intermediate Care unit,  Rachel Lumsden, an Intermediate Care Physiotherapist, served up some serious sweet stuff with culinary contributions from CHFT staff and Four Seasons staff.  She raised £108.

York Marathon - Go Gayathri.

Dr  Nadella's wife, Gayathri  is doing a full marathon in York on  Sunday Oct 8 raising money for The Overgate Hospice . She has been training for around eight months now  and she is mentally very prepared and is on the right track .
