October sees the final month of  our Appraisals Season!

Well done to all those colleagues and appraisers who have received and delivered appraisals across the organisation.  Our current compliance rate is 65%, a little off for where we should be at this point in the season. 

So, for those who have yet to complete your appraisals – what’s stopping you?  There is a lot of helpful information on the intranet web portal, check out our new intranet here.

These are updated regularly, keep a close eye on this page to see who’s going to top the leader board at the end of the season!  Remember, appraisals are a must-do for all colleagues – we all need to be clear about our objectives for the coming 12 months to ensure that putting the patient first is our key priority.  If you have any questions about appraisals, please email askappraisal@cht.nhs.uk

Monday 9 October, CRH, 3.30 pm –  4.30 pm.

Friday 13 October, HRI, 9 am -10 am.
