Our eye clinic at CRH  and HRI theatres' Joe Haigh  delivered the dough at two events for the Macmillan Coffee Morning annual fundraiser.

Trish Hooson and Ros Waters were both at the eye clinic at 7am preparing for the day ahead!  They said: "The support from the whole of CRH has been amazing, we've had raffle and tombola prizes donated by everybody the response has been wonderful. Everyone has mucked in and worked hard for today"

The spectactular cake was kindly made and donated by a friend of Trish yet they decided it was too nice eat, so made it top prize in the tombola.

Local celeb and Giants' legend Eorl Crabtree popped down for a coffee and a slice of cake and to draw the tombola prizes.

Eorl said "As a professional sportsman it's important to improve and help the community you surround. Helping to raise interest in local charities and make yourself feel like you're actually giving something back. Macmillan is another charity which deserves as much help as they can get because of the impact they make on thousands of families across the country." The final count came in at £1,076.18.
