There will be a Quality Improvement Workshop for registered nurses taking place on Thursday 2nd November at Briar Court Hotel. The aim of the workshop is to improve ideas into improvement projects for frontline nurses to help build quality improvement capacity and motivation.

The day will run from 9am to 4.30pm with a maximum of 40 places. If you're coming you need an idea of something they want to improve in your area of work.
If you chose to book on the day, you will need to complete the Improvement Academy Bronze online training to get a basic understanding of quality improvement methods. Here's is the link to the training http://improvementacademy.org/training-and-events/bronze-quality-improvement-training.html
The on-line training takes approx 1 hour 40 minutes to complete the 4 modules and can be done one module at a time, you will also recieve a certifcate once you've complete it.
The day will include presentations from some Trust projects such as the ‘noise at night’ and ‘falls’, improvement techniques, measurement and leadership.
