With just 10 days to the close of the Staff Friends and Family Test (FFT) 23% of us have taken the opportunity to complete the short two-question survey - which means 3 out of 4 colleagues have yet to fill theirs in.

Colleagues with a CHFT email account have all received the survey - and will receive regular reminders from the Staff Friends and Family email account.  It takes just a few minutes to complete and will be an indication of whether colleagues would recommend CHFT as a place to receive care, as well as a place to work.
