Don’t worry – it doesn’t take long!  For the Four Pillars categories there are four simple questions and for the people categories, there’s only one! There's a limited word count too so you don't have write War and Peace!

Don't forget if you decide to apply for one of the Four Pillars awards, you can only submit your application to ONE category.

• The GEM (Going the Extra Mile) award

So...remember that famous phrase.....you've got to be in it to win it!
