Our latest and simple two-question Staff Friends and Family test will be sent by email to all colleagues next Monday (August 14).

Reminders will be sent weekly, so our top tip here at CHFT is to complete it ASAP to avoid clogging up your email box!

The link in your mail is unique to you and ensures the survey can only be filled in once - so please don't forward it to colleagues. The mail from Picker, our external partner who manage our surveys, is not spam and the link will be safe.

It's also important to know that responses are strictly confidential. Nobody from CHFT will see any completed questionnaires, or be able to identify individual responses. Picker will analyse the results independently and no individuals, or their responses, will be identified.

Even if you completed the last survey - please take the time to complete it. The questions will be:

• How likely are you to recommend Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust to friends and family as a place to work?
