Estates are winners for the third time in a row at the Constructing Excellence Awards for Yorks and Humber.
This year they beat Leeds City Council, Sheffield University and Coventry University to win Client of the Year after our partners Interserve nominated us.
We were judged on:
- Clear and consistent leadership of the supply chain.
- A commitment to procurement based on quality, value and collaboration not just price.
- Real benefits for all parties, evidenced by objective measurement criteria such as KPIs.
- The tools they have used to assist them and the supply chain on this journey.
- The positive impact their work has had on their organisation, the industry and the wider community and which might be used elsewhere to support continuous improvement.”
It means we will be heading to London again in November ( jacket out Paul!) for the national awards.
