Awareness drop-in sessions are planned this month for anyone needing support in using the new recruitment system Trac, with positive feedback from colleagues already using it. The paper based Vacancy Control Forms (VCF) are no longer be accepted and vacancy requests need to be requested through Trac. So if you need a steer, why not drop in?

Hi just some thought on the new recruitment process. I’ve just completed it for the first time and to be honest I was really impressed. All in all it was really easy to navigate and complete and I haven’t been able to attend any training but it felt really self explanatory.

When I first went into system yesterday was not sure what to do but managed to navigate around using info button, looks like it will be good when everyone gets used to what is required though.
