To make the most of next week's Give it a Grow day at CRH, the afternoon slot has become a drop-in to focus on simple, easy to do activities like making bird feeders and planting pea shoots. So...no need to book a space.

The morning slot will give tips on growing low maintenance crops, and you can find out more about the benefits of growing and take home some veg plants to grow at home.

You will be able to pick up lots of tips for how to grow your own food and attract wildlife and there are a range of practical activities where you will be able to have a go and learn more.

Give it a Grow is being held on Tuesday 20 June. 

Session times:

• 10.30 to 1pm - please book a space (see below)
• 1.30pm to 3pm - no booking required. Just come to the garden just up from the Diabetes Centre
