After months of hard work and preparation, next week will be our last opportunity to make sure we have everything in place to fly with EPR.
At ‘EPR check-in’ you can do your final preparations:
- Come and see the EPR team to ask questions
- Activate your Tap & Go card
- Check your smartcard or register for one (see below)
- Bring your completed passport and pick up your bonus stamp rewards
- Get more information about the cutover weekend and timeline – what’s happening when
- EPR Friends will be able to pick up their fab orange t-shirt – and take t-shirts for colleagues too
Members of Smartcard team will be available from 9am – 5pm on all days
Colleagues requiring a smartcard will already know they need one (not all colleagues need a Smartcard to do their job). Smartcards give access to the NHS Spine (a national secure patient database).
If you are requesting a smartcard having never had one before then you will need to bring ID. We accept: 2 x photo ID and 1 x proof of address OR 1 x photo ID and 2 x proof of address.
Commonly used ID: Valid passport, Valid driving licence, Utility bill/Bank statement (must not be no more than 3 months old), Council Tax or Mortgage statement (no more than 12 months old).
Sorry – we don’t accept Trust ID badges.
HRI – Monday 24 & Tuesday 25 April: Sub-basement canteen corridor and hubs (11am-2pm)
CRH – Wednesday 26 & Thursday 27 April: Ingleton Falls restaurant (11am-2pm)
