We've lots happening in the run up to the evening of Friday 28 April (when cutover weekend begins).....with drop-in sessions and EPR Check-in events planned.
Drop-ins with the execs and EPR experts
Chief Nurse Brendan Brown, Medical Director, David Birkenhead and Chief Operating Officer, Helen Barker, along with the EPR team are holding a series of drop-in sessions.
Brendan, said: " Everyone has received so much information about training and must-dos in recent weeks so we thought face-to-face sessions where colleagues can ask direct questions and raise any issues might just be the extra support needed right now."
So if you have any questions or concerns either before or after implementation you'd be welcome to drop-in at any point - no appointment necessary:

EPR Check-in events - week commencing Monday 24 April
Our long-awaited cutover week begins on the 24th and we'll be holding a series of EPR Check-in events at HRI and CRH
The final details are being pulled together but here are some of the highlights:
- EPR Friends can pick up their fab orange t-shirts (which they'll wear so colleagues can quickly identify them), and also take t-shirts for their friends
- Colleagues who still need to be set up for tap and go can come and get their card activated
- We'll have people on hand to make sure smartcard issues are covered
- Colleagues can come along and talk to Lead Modernisation Nurse Jackie Murphy and members of the EPR team
- Bring your completed passports and pick up your bonus stamp reward
We'll be at HRI between 11 and 2pm on Monday and Tuesday 24 & 25 April, and at CRH on Wednesday and Thursday 26 & 27 April.
