The Workforce and Organisational Development  (WOD) Directorate held a "Time Out" session at Elland Cricket Club last Friday.

WOD includes colleagues working in Occupational Health, Resouring, Medical HR, OD and Training, Flexible Workforce, Workforce Business Intelligence and Business Partners.

More than 50 WOD staff attended and the topics for the day included creating our “magical world”, what works for us and what doesn’t, creating our new brand and action planning.

Associate Director of Organisational Development, Ruth Mason, delivered the programme. She said:“It was a fantastic day – there was a buzz around the room, lots of positive energy and contributions from everyone there.  The senior team was given lots of food for thought which will help us develop an action plan to project the directorate to where it wants to be.  We’re going to be holding another event for those staff who weren’t able to make it this time round.”
